Duchess IV closed in May 2005 at €525 million. The fund is predominantly invested in the European senior secured loan market with small investments made in European mezzanine loans. Fully invested within three months of closing, Duchess IV's target asset mix is as follows:

  • Senior Secured Loans - minumum of 80%
  • Mezzanine Loans - maximum of 20%
